What is Spark

Dimensions of Wellness

To enhance the quality of life of our residents, our SPARK program challenges us to view wellness as more than simply physical health. To us, wellness is a holistic and healthy lifestyle that encompasses the seven dimensions of overall well-being. With this approach, our residents are empowered to thrive in an environment that is balanced, purposeful, experiential, and enjoyable.

Physical Health

Understanding the mind and body are connected, Fox Trail Memory Care Living offers adaptable and progressive fitness programming designed specifically for individuals with cognitive conditions. Residents engage in actions that incorporate aerobic exercise, resistance training, balance, and flexibility, aiming to promote a regular day-night rhythm and boost mood and social engagement. Our activities include scarf dancing, laughter yoga, salsa dancing, seated karate and martial arts, walking club, and more.
