The house is always clean and tidy and staff is always very attentive. The administration has been extremely helpful in helping facilitate the needs of my family member. It’s not a typical memory care “facility ” it’s a home for people with memory loss and it’s a great place for my family member.”
“South River was the first facility I toured and left knowing it was the right fit for my father. All my questions were answered fully and I could wander around as I wished. The ability for the residents to go outside when the weather is fair was a huge plus. All the staff did everything to make this transition as easy as possible. The homey atmosphere makes it feel like you are living in a house and not a facility. I highly recommend.”

I felt that the our mom would strive better in a group home where there would be one on one interaction and doing things together as a small group. When my brother and I moved her to Fox Trial, it went so smoothly, there was no wanting to leave, no I want to go home. We were expecting the worst, but amazingly it went off without a hitch. I believe that God went before us with this. The Green Brook director is super–caring, understanding, always available for a phone call, returns emails. When we placed our mom at Fox Trail, that evening we got a call from wanting to know how we were doing. We get videos of our mom interacting with the other residents in community and everyone is engaged and being treated with respect, kindness, and grace. My brother and I have peace of mind knowing that our mother is safe!”

needs of any two residents are never the same. We offer a range of services to keep residents cognitively engaged while they’re living with us. We are proud to offer memory care for residents with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other Dementias.
